CEBO is an exclusive gastronomical proposal based on a contemporary, progressive, free-style culinary concept, awarded with one Michelin Star and two Soles Repsol. It focuses on the source product and continuous reinvention through a seasonal menu.
Aurelio Morales heads the team of this culinary proposal with Mediterranean influence balanced between Madrid’s and Barcelona’s cuisine. Hotel Urban’s gastronomy is in constant evolution through new and multicultural concepts and techniques used for all its creations.
With a capacity to seat 25 diners, the decoration at the CEBO restaurant has been the work of the team of Derby Hotels designers, led by Koke Clos.

From November 19 until December 30, a special seasonal menu designed by Aurelio Morales will be offered. This proposal will coexist with the rest of the tasting menus during the usual opening and times.
