The Glass Mar, located at the Hotel Urban 5*GL in Madrid, opens its doors to the newest culinary proposal of the Chef of the Sea, Ángel León. The prestigious cook, who has been awarded with a total 4 Michelin stars throughout his restaurants, presents his new gastronomic project with a relaxed and informal cooking style, designed for sharing.
The space stands out for its large windows, the imposing giant whale skeleton that presides over the room or the bar made out of blue marble, among many more details.
The menus protagonists are the marine ingredients distributed through its starters, main dishes and desserts, together with Jerez wines.
It also adds a cocktails menu with a wide and thoughtful selection of beverages.
