The restaurant Zero Patatero offers local cuisine based on the 0 km philosophy, with seasonal, organic products sourced from local businesses. Under the leadership of the chef Luca Marongiu and the head waiter Gonzalo Rivière, the restaurant is based on the Slow Food movement, combining the best seasonal products, thereby guaranteeing good cuisine and at the same time minimising the impact on the environment.

Originating from the restaurant Els Garrofers de Alella, Marongui and Rivière re-establish some of their star dishes, such as Organic pork belly with dry rice and cuttlefish, or Organic eggs from Òrrius cooked at a low temperature. Furthermore, Zero Patatero brings new creations resulting from a mix of entirely local products, such as the Caramelised cauliflower, salted almond praline, lime and garlic bread or the Mackerel with marinated organic egg yolk, pickled vegetables and a rustic broth.
Everyone will also be impressed by the desserts at Zero Patatero, with creations such as Creamy chocolate with dried fig ice cream and Apple, bitter lemon, whipped cream, yogurt ice cream, elderberry and meringue, among many other delicious sweets.
